Watsup guys!! Im Lottie Smith, this weeks delta darling and im a junior from columbus ohio. This week I’ll be sharing a bit about me and the best part of tri delt - my best friends!!

This summer I’ve been luckily enough to do a sports marketing internship in Dublin Ireland. I’ve been living in Ireland and traveling around Europe, meeting up with my tri-delta sisters abroad as well. The best weekend so far was meeting up in Munich with Val (studying in Barcelona), Bel and Marlene (studying in Austria), and Hannah. We had the craziest weekend biking through Germany together, mostly laughing at everything “Marqueen” had to say.

One of my favorite parts of Tri-Delta is my little: kate or “the surge” as I refer to her. I remember first talking to Kate third round about crocs and falling deep into my girl crush. That night I almost cried begging to talk to her in preference round and the rest is history. This homie became my bid day buddy, my little, and my best friend. There is no one I’d rather dance with all night at formal with or eat fried pickles with every week.

Rush Tip:

May sound weird but My rush tip is to try to get as off topic as possible. Don’t feel pressure to ask the right questions or say the right stuff. You will join a sorority because of the girls you meet and the conversations you have, not the reputation of a sorority or what their best events and functions are. The only conversations I can remember are talking about the progression of Justin Bieber’s concert performances with @emilyirish, how to not hate running so much with @grayceanderson and how we would start a taco food truck in Clemson with @janiewest.
