A Message from our director of recruitment

Hey everyone! I’m Hannah Winkler and I’m a senior Operations Management major from Baltimore, Maryland! I am so honored and excited to serve as this year’s Director of Recruitment Events!

When I look back at my recruitment experience, I remember going in completely open-minded knowing pretty much nothing about the recruitment process. Everything was so new to me, but walking into Tri Delta felt like I was walking into a room of girls I’d known my whole life. I think it was a sign I knew these girls were who I wanted to surround myself with during my college years. Everyone was so welcoming and I always had the biggest smile on my face after leaving my rounds in Tri Delta.

The girls I met during recruitment have been such role models to me, and the girls I got to run home with have become lifelong friends. I truly couldn’t imagine my Clemson experience without Tri Delta and all it has given me. I hope that everyone can have an experience like mine which is why I wanted to get involved with recruitment. My goal is for everyone coming through rush to find that home away from home, just like I did! I have so much love for this chapter and I cannot wait to share more about it in August!
